Approve the work, or request a revision with your notes. Nothing completes until you are satisfied — or the review window passes.

Why separate orders
Each service is its own order — on purpose
It is not an inconvenience, it is the reason the work comes out right. Each stage needs the finished output of the one before it.

Editing comes first
You order editing. Your editor works on the manuscript. You accept the delivery. That order is complete and closed.

Then formatting — a new order
Your edited word count is now final, so formatting can be done properly. You place a separate order with its own price and its own specialist.

Then the cover — a new order
Formatting sets your final page count, which sets your spine width. Only now can a print cover be built to spec.

Then KDP publishing — a new order
With final files in hand, publishing is straightforward. Again, its own order, its own specialist, its own delivery.
You are never obliged to order the next stage, and you can leave as long as you like between them. If you would rather commit to several services at once, request a custom quote and we will price the whole project together.

Do I choose my own specialist?
No — and that is the point. You order from Marlowe, and our team assigns the specialist best suited to your book by service, genre, availability and track record. You can message them directly once they are assigned, and Marlowe stays responsible for the result.
How do I pay?
Online through Flutterwave, by card. Your order begins only after our server has confirmed the payment with Flutterwave directly. Marlowe never sees or stores your card details.
What happens if I am not happy with the work?
Request a revision from your order page and explain what should change. Every package includes revision rounds. If something has gone wrong beyond a revision, use Report a problem on your order, or Support in your account, and a Marlowe admin will step in.
Is my manuscript safe?
Your files are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. Only your assigned specialist and the Marlowe team can open them, and every download is checked against your order.
What if nobody responds to a delivery?
Once work is delivered you have a review window to approve it or request changes. If we hear nothing within that window, the order completes automatically so your specialist can be paid for finished work.
Can I get a quote for something not listed?
Yes. Use the contact form to describe your project and we will send you a custom quote.
Do you publish to platforms other than Amazon?
No. We specialise in Amazon KDP, for Kindle and paperback, and would rather do one platform properly.
